豚肉の生姜焼き＠レソト

先日買った豚肉で、生姜焼きを作りました。
美味しかったです。骨なしで、こちらの肉にしては薄手なので、生姜焼きに向いています。
非日本人の友人向けにFacebookで英語でレシピも公開しました。ちなみに、Facebookの友人の半分以上は非日本人、3分の1は南アフリカ人です。

Add the next materials and mix it to make a sauce.
soy sauce 2 teaspoons
sugar 1 teaspoon
pepper a little bit (to taste)
salt a little bit (to taste)
grated ginger 15g (as you like)
thin sliced (as possible) pork meat 3 slices or more if you are big eater.
1. stir-fry sliced porks slightly.
2. put in the sauce and stir-fry it enough.
That's all.
Lettuce salad goes well with shoga-yaki pork.
